Set on a hill in the heart of Devon, The Bluebird Penthouse is a beautifully restored and modernised caravan. With panoramic views across Taw Valley, a 1950s vintage interior, and a hot tub in a Land Rover… the Bluebird offers a countryside escape that will captivate your heart.
Fun Whatever The Season
In summer months, enjoy the large outdoor deck, perfect for barbecues. In winter, the cosy insulation and central heating will keep you toasty, with the caravan’s many windows offering epic views. Even on rainy days, shelter under the covered outdoor area and fire up the pizza oven year-round.
Iconic Interior
The caravan is fitted with a fully functioning kitchenette, spacious bathroom, cosy double bed, and plenty of open space between. Look carefully beneath your feet and find the hidden wine cellar under the retro floor tiles! The Bluebird is fully insulated and warmed by a large eco-friendly biomass boiler, fuelled by wood grown on the farm.
Hot Tub Relaxation
When the moment is right, take a dip in the Land Rover hot tub, powered entirely by the biomass boiler. It’s the perfect spot to read a book, soak in the view, and watch the world go by—even in the snow!

Once you arrive at Snape Farm, drive along the track until you see a big workshop. Then turn right, drive up the steep slope and you will see the Bluebird directly in front of you with its own parking spot.
